Business financing application

Tell us about your business.

Complete the application below so we can review your business financing request.

1

Business identity

Use the legal information shown on tax and banking records.

Does the business use a DBA or trade name?
Have you owned the business since it began operating?
2

Business location

Provide the principal physical location from which the business operates.

Is your business primarily home-based?
3

Revenue and funding request

Enter gross business revenue before expenses. Annual gross sales must be greater than $200,000.

Does the business currently have any open financing positions?

Include business loans, MCAs, drawn lines of credit, and other financing with daily, weekly, or monthly repayments. Do not include business credit cards, leases, rent, payroll, utilities, or routine operating expenses.

4

Business bank statements

Provide four consecutive monthly statements for every business account that regularly receives customer payments, deposits, or other business revenue.

What to upload for each account
  • The four most recent consecutive monthly statements, with the most recent statement first.
  • The complete official PDF issued by the bank, including every page.
  • Business checking or operating-account statements—not screenshots, transaction exports, or personal accounts.
  • Provide only the last four account digits below; never enter a complete account number.
Selected statements are encrypted in transit and stored in private document storage. They are available only through VECTOR Growth’s protected administrative workflow.
5

Soft credit inquiry authorization

By signing this application, you authorize VECTOR Growth and its authorized financing partners and service providers to obtain consumer and/or commercial credit information for prequalification and underwriting using a soft credit inquiry only at this stage.

A soft inquiry will not affect your credit score. It may appear when you review your own credit-file disclosure, but it is not visible to prospective lenders that obtain your credit report. If a hard inquiry is ever required later, separate authorization must be requested before it occurs.

Learn about soft and hard credit inquiries

The DocuSign version will require the authorized signer’s full first and last name. Signing the application also confirms the soft-credit authorization above.

After signing, your completed application is securely routed to VECTOR Growth for review. Application files and internal review materials are not available through the customer or referral-agent interface.
